Within the activities for
Sicilian abroad emigrants, CRASES signed an agreement
with the lawyers Giuseppe Bruno and Salvatore
Petrucci, both practising in Palermo, in via Marchese
di Villabianca n°209 (tel. +39 91 301712).
This agreement allows each
CRASES member and its Sicilian simpathizers living
abroad to take advantage of its legal services
in Italy for both judicial and extrajudicial disputes
within the whole national territory under particular
conditions.
Each professional service
will be provided under the lowest fees. Furthermore:
- a free of charge first
advice is provided to evaluate practicability
and benefits of the possible action;
- if legal action will
be taken, a first fund and a honorary payment
in advance of € 250 to be supplemented during
proceedings is required;
- if any non-legal action
will be taken, a first fund and a honorary payment
in advance of € 100 is required;
- Charged expenses are
only the ones actually met and documented, all
other expenses are excluded.
Furthermore, the lawyers
guarantee legal consultings on behalf of the association
with respect to issues and general problems in
relation to the defense of the Sicilian community
abroad.
